Mayor Victor Fedeli and Councillor Judy Koziol lent a helping hand at the Communities in Bloom weekly Wednesday Night Hot Spot. Cleanup crews gather at various locations around the city every Wednesday night to pick up litter and remove signs from utility poles. It's all part of the Tidiness Effort, one of the judging categories. |
